Welcome to our primary mental health program, EMBRACE! We are highly qualified licensed clinicians who intend to meet all your mental health needs, and help you transition into a normal life. Methods of treatment will include individual, group & family counseling, experiential therapy, life skills, process groups, educational groups, as well as music and art groups. Our multi-disciplinary approach not only emphasizes healing of the mind, but the body and spirit as well. The holistic approaches that we offer are: meditation, yoga, chiropractic services, nutritional counseling, and exercise, biofeedback, as well as adventure therapy. We identify obstacles to recovery from your mental health and substance use disorder. We include substance use disorder therapy for those who use substances to cope with their mental health disorder.

We utilize the most current research-based methods and integrative therapies to assist our patients. The holistic part of our program is combined with physical, psychological, social and spiritual healing techniques.
Families are involved throughout the duration of the patient’s stay. We facilitate a family weekend program once a month for loved ones.
We will introduce you to support groups such as, Emotions Anonymous (EA), NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), Bipolar and Depression Support Groups, Eating Disorder Groups (ED), as well as AA/NA when necessary.
We have three levels of care to assist patients with a step-down method, to help them in the process of living productive lives in their community:
We support our patients in obtaining employment or volunteer work. Work closely with community programs to provide social settings to help them build a meaningful life and minimize the stigma of mental health. Our philosophy is that we refer to our patients as Persons Affected by Mental Illness, instead of Persons who are Mentally Ill.
